"I have insurance currently with them. State Farm had asked for a copy of my kids license or my insurance would be cancel. So I emailed them the information they needed along with copies of their drivers licenses. About two months ago my daughter had got into a uber accident as a passenger she was not even driving. Hospital needed insurance info for billing purposes. Come to find out my insurance had been canceled for about a month. So myself and my wife been driving without any insurance thank God neither one of us had got to a accident. When I called them they told me I had never sent over a copy of my kids driver license. Luckily everything is done by email so I look up and send them the information. My insurance had overlap cause of a error on there end. So after all that had to reinstated the policy. Paid all 6 month's at one time almost 1900 after a week I'm told I needed another payment of 1200 or my insurance was going to be canceled again. I've tried calling them several times the lady up front desk says they would return my call . Till this day still waiting on a call back"

"I have been with this agency for nearly 20 years... And for the past few years they have turned out to be less than customer friendly... I've been with this agency for so long because they used to be customer friendly... Now they lie and try to rip you off of money that you've already spent, and then when you tell them about it they don't even try to defend themselves it's like they're saying yeah we know and we don't care... Vonnie has let his agency fall into trash... And it's a shame because Vonnie used to have a good reputation... UPDATE********* Since I posted this, Justin has helped to settle most of my experience issues... I feel the need to say that this review did not prove my the agency to call me and try to iron things out... Shopping for auto insurance is the ne I f the worst things to do, so I called the agency to reinstate my insurance long enough to find a new policy .. Justin, did whatever he did d to get me a great deal on a 6 month policy... Justin has kept me for another six months, but I will be paying attention and I will have a backup plan if they s ever happens again... Three stars for now .. Time to impress me."

"Shopper beware! So I like to start positive I was with this company 3 years or so and rates were decent. Then I had a sudden surge in rate with no explanation, my driving record is clean now here is the problem! THEY HAVE YET TO REFUND ME MY MONEY AFTER I CANCELLED MY POLICY OVER 2 WEEKS AGO…. I ALREADY KNOW THEY ARE SENDING VERY LITTLE BACK. BECAUSE WHEN I CALLED TO CONFIRM THE POLICY WAS CANCELLED THEY PUSHED THE DAYS OUT BY 3 NOT THE DAY I CANCELED MEANING LESS OF A REFUND. Maybe NOT THE OFFICE AS A WHOLE BUT WHOMEVER FRAUDULENTLY PUSHED THE DATE OUT AND HAVENT SENT MY CHECK YET YOU WILL REAP WHAT YOU SOW. THAT IS ALL BY THE WAY MY RATE DROPPED $60 to A MORE REALISTIC COST with the competition."
